High Street Synagogue

Author, historian and activist Vadim Blumin is one of the founders of the 1.5 Generation: Russian-speaking Young Adults group, and a prominent voice of the second generation immigrants from Russia to Israel. Learn about their push for civil rights and equality, their refusal of conversion, and their quest for an open discourse about feminism, LGBTQ rights, culture and art.
And Keshet Columbus will be hosting a hang-out with Vadim Blumin on Sunday afternoon before the talk, 1:30 – 3 p.m. at Two Dollar Radio (1124 Parsons Ave.) https://www.facebook.com/events/495025687791988/
