Israeli Wine Tasting Event
A capacity crowd enjoyed delicious kosher wines at Torat Emet's recent Exclusive Israeli Wine Tasting. Graciously hosted by Michelle and Steve Lessnick, attendees enjoyed learning about and sampling wines in a program led by Roni Jesselson of Carmel Winery, Justin Kohn of Tabor Winery, and Simon Levin of Royal Wine Company.
Structured Program for children in
Kindergarten through 2nd grade The program begins at 10:45am with davening, followed by snacks, a Parsha summery and games. It is led by a rotation of parent volunteers. This week's Parent Leaders are Rachel Weiss-Berger and Rabbi Ben Berger.

The High Street Community is a project led by Rabbi Ari Neuman for young professionals looking for meaningful Jewish experiences and fun ways to meet other young Jewish adults. The program's goal is to help its participants learn about Judaism in a way that is exciting, enjoyable, open, and welcoming to others no matter their background. David & Janet W. Goldsmith Kavod Gadol Teen Leadership Award This award recognizes the efforts of fine young leaders in the Columbus Jewish Community, who devote themselves to community service and leadership. Candidates must be a member of a Jewish Youth Group in Central Ohio. Candidates must be a Jewish 12th grader this spring and attending college in fall 2019. Candidates must have performed community service of some kind Deadline to submit is April 17, 2019 Below is the link to nominate teens. bit.ly/kavodTeen Winners will be announced at the Teen Awards Night
