Safety & Security Corner
Introducing the “Safety and Security Corner” Safety and security are of utmost importance in the Jewish community and beyond. We are therefore pleased to announce the revitalization of the Torat Emet Safety and Security Committee. The new committee includes Avrom Epstein, Skip Parks, Shay Sharaby, David Zimm, and Steve Lessnick. We have been hard-at-work evaluating, updating, and improving our policies, procedures, and infrastructure. As one example, we’ve updated the medical equipment in the synagogue, via the purchase of new first aid kits, bleeding control kits, and new components for our Automated External Defibrillator (AED). There is a lot more work in-progress, so stay-tuned for additional updates via this “Safety and Security Corner” in future editions of the Weekly Emes!
