JCC and JewishColumbus Disabilities Inclusion Survey Dear Community Member,Â
JewishColumbus and the JCC of Greater Columbus envision a community that embraces b’tzelem Elohim, the concept that all humanity is created in the image of G-d and so, each person should be equally valued (Genesis 1:27). It is our goal to welcome all individuals to meaningfully engage in Jewish life. We created this survey in an effort to gain a better understanding of how we can realize this goal.  If you are a Jewish individual with a disability, a family member, or caregiver, please take 10 minutes to fill out this SURVEY. If you are a family member or caregiver, please fill out this survey on behalf of the person you care for with a disability.  By participating you will play a key role in helping us better understand and respond to community needs. Please note that all responses are anonymous and only the results will be shared with a new planning committee to help us move forward.  If you have any questions, need assistance completing the survey, or would like to be informed of our next steps, please contact Hanna Fotsch, Jewish Community Disabilities Inclusion Director at hfotsch@columbusjcc.org or by phone at 614-559-6206.Â
Thank you,
Hanna Fotsch                                Susan Tanur Jewish Community Disabilities Inclusion Director        Chief Impact Officer JewishColumbus in partnership with              JewishColumbus  JCC of Greater Columbus Â
