Below you will find links to join daily Shacharit, Mincha-Maariv, Torat Emet Class Schedule, and Rabbi Neuman's new Podcast on Minor Biblical Characters. Post Pesach Shopping Restrictions from Buckeye Kosher
Buckeye Kosher does not recommend purchasing chometz products (including, but not limited to: Bread, Cereals (many), Beer, Couscous, Oatmeal, Pasta, Rolled Oats, Wheat Bran and Wheat Germ) from Giant Eagle for 2 weeks after Passover. Liquor should not be purchased from the Liquor Agency found within Giant Eagle until before Shavuos.
At this time, it is okay to purchase chometz at any other retailer in the Columbus area immediately after Passover. Block's Bagels sold in their own display at the Market District in Bexley are permissible for purchase even right after Pesach.

While the stay at home directive has constrained our traditional socializing routines, the gift of technology has allowed us to remain joyfully connected. Torat Emet has introduced a WhatsApp group specifically dedicated to keeping us together during this historic time. Members of the Torat Emet family are posting the same kind of information that we enjoy sharing when we are physically together – general community updates, jokes, family news, inspirational messages…..
I hope that you will join our WhatsApp group. The family is not complete without you.
Tonight we would have been celebrating our Annual Main Event Gala. Postponing the Main Event was painful, but necessary. The evening is always such a pleasure – good friends, good food, good entertainment – and of course, provides for raising much needed funds for the operation of our beloved shul.
Without income from the Main Event, Torat Emet is in a precarious financial situation. An immediate deficit looms. We need to raise as much income as possible now in order to keep our shul operating.
If you did not purchase your tickets/ad for the Main Event, please consider going online or sending a check for the tickets/ad you had planned to purchase. Tickets were $105.00 each and ad prices can be found online or by calling the office. Please – the sooner the better. Because there is no event, the total amount of what you send represents a contribution and is tax deductible as stipulated by law. If you already purchased tickets, please let us know if you wish the purchase to be a donation or if you require a credit on your account.
We are grateful and take solace in the closeness and love of our Main Street family. G-D willing, we will be back together and celebrating soon.
Sincerely,
The Main Event CoChairs Terri Barnett Lara Blumberg Sima Gellman Meghan Shulman
