Linda Zack is continuing her practical prayer workshop with a fourth series of classes. This series focuses mostly on the Shabbat morning prayers, and will combine some new topics and some previously reviewed topics in more depth.

This class is for those who wish to gain an understanding of prayer-concepts and bring more meaning to their tefillot. The class will explore the many facets of prayer, including: the structure of prayer and the prayer services, the sources of prayer, the historical context and development of prayer, and the use of poetic devices in prayer. Additionally, this class will involve reading and singing out loud and together in order to strengthen Siddur skills.
